C.I. Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based company engaged in investment holding and the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 28 February 1978 as a private limited company under the name of C.I. Holdings Sdn Bhd. It was subsequently converted to a public company. C.I.
