City Chain

City Chain is a watch retail chain established in 1985, described as the first watch retail chain in Hong Kong and a wholly owned subsidiary of Stelux Holdings International Limited. It has expanded its retail footprint beyond Hong Kong to Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Mainland China, with nearly 150 locations across Asia. Its brand portfolio includes Japanese marques such as Grand Seiko, Seiko, Citizen and Casio, Swiss brands like CYMA, Oris, Ball and Solvil et Titus, and German watch brands such as Tutima Glashütte, Sinn, Hanhart and Mühle-Glashütte. In recent years it has been moving towards the affordable luxury segment.

City Chain was established in 1985 and is described as the first watch retail chain in Hong Kong. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stelux Holdings International Limited, which was founded in 1963 as one of the earliest watch component manufacturers in the Far East and later became an integrated watch group owning several Swiss watch brands, including CYMA, Solvil et Titus and Catena. Stelux was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1972 (Stock Code: 00084.HK). Since opening, City Chain has developed its store network, watch brand portfolio and customer service. Over the years it expanded its retail footprint beyond Hong Kong to Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Mainland China, with nearly 150 locations across Asia. In recent years it has been moving towards the affordable luxury segment and has introduced new watch brands from Germany such as Tutima Glashütte, Sinn, Hanhart and Mühle-Glashütte, adding them to its portfolio of Japanese marques including Grand Seiko, Seiko, Citizen and Casio, as well as Swiss brands like CYMA, Oris, Ball and Solvil et Titus.
