  Guangyu International failed to publish its 2019 audited results and 2020 interim results, was suspended in September 2020, and was required to complete a forensic investigation. In March 2021, HKEX ruled that the company and ten directors including chairman Song Dianquan violated rules on disclosure and connected transactions; Song Dianquan was alleged to have deliberately prioritized commercial interests over compliance. Its listing status was cancelled in April 2022.
