Cross Exchange

Cross Exchange is a Christian work exchange platform. It facilitates mutually beneficial agreements between hosts and volunteers, where hosts provide room and board and volunteers perform agreed-upon work in exchange, with no money trading hands. The platform is faith-centered, designed to develop meaningful connections between Christians around the world.

Cross Exchange began with a dream. Sibling co-founders Trent and Bethany surrendered their lives to Christ at a young age. In 2018, Trent began serving in the US Air Force but was kept stateside. In 2022, he graduated from Liberty and completed his Air Force contract. In 2023, over the course of a year, Trent traveled to 22 countries, predominantly through work exchange platforms, and his most transformative experiences were at Christian host homes. The idea of Cross Exchange was born. Trent shared his vision with his sister Bethany, and it became their shared dream. In 2024, Trent graduated with his masters in Business Data Analytics from Pepperdine University.
