Cummins and XCMG sign a strategic cooperation agreement
Cummins and XCMG signed a strategic partnership framework agreement in Xuzhou. The agreement provides for further cooperation in product planning and development, commercial policies, supporting arrangements and after-sales service, as well as joint development of electrification products and continued cooperation in digitalization, intelligent technologies and emerging technologies.

Cummins completed its acquisition of Hydrogenics, with the transaction valued at approximately $290 million. Air Liquide retained a 19% stake, and Cummins assumed the rest.
