UPS Flight Forward partnerships to develop drone delivery use cases
UPS announced that its drone delivery subsidiary, UPS Flight Forward, is partnering with CVS Pharmacy, AmerisourceBergen, Kaiser Permanente and the University of Utah to develop commercial drone delivery use cases. The UPS-CVS work will evaluate delivery of prescriptions and retail products from CVS stores to customers’ homes.

CVS suspends sales of Zantac and ranitidine products
CVS Pharmacy said it suspended sales of Zantac-brand and CVS Health-brand ranitidine products until further notice after an FDA alert that ranitidine products may contain a possible human carcinogen. The source says the products had not been recalled and the FDA was not recommending that patients stop taking them.
