Darya-Varia Laboratoria

PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk ("Darya-Varia" or "the Company") is a domestic investment pharmaceutical company established in 1976 and headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. In November 1994 it listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the ticker code DVLA. In 1995 it acquired PT Pradja Pharin (Prafa) and became the parent entity to continue expanding into the health sector in Indonesia; in 2014 the Company merged with Prafa, with Darya-Varia as the sole surviving entity. It operates two manufacturing plants meeting c-GMP and BPOM standards, and collaborates with affiliated company PT Medifarma Laboratories for toll manufacturing.
