Demetres

Demetres describes itself as a true dessert restaurant serving desserts in sit-down, full-service environments, and has been making its own ice cream since 1989. Its desserts are made with ingredients such as real vanillas, Barry Callebaut Belgian chocolates, house-made real fruit purees, and nuts. The company operates a dedicated ice cream and dessert facility in Woodbridge called Demetres Manufactory, a 20,000 sq ft facility used to make ice creams, cakes, batters, doughs, sauces, purees, and toppings served in its restaurants.

Demetres states that it has been making its own ice cream since the very beginning in 1989, and that it has been passionately doing this for over 35 years. It describes itself as the original and the innovators, saying it has created the dessert scene and reinvented it over and over. The company built its own dedicated ice cream and dessert factory called Demetres Manufactory in Woodbridge, a 20,000 sq ft facility dedicated solely to making the ice creams, cakes, batters, doughs, sauces, purees, and toppings served in its restaurants.

A true dessert restaurant focused exclusively on desserts, served in gorgeously designed, comfortable, sit-down environments with full service.
