Deutsche Homöopathie-Union

The Deutsche Homöopathie-Union (DHU) is a German manufacturer of homeopathic preparations. According to its official website, it is Germany's largest manufacturer of homeopathic single remedies and Schüßler salts. The DHU was founded in 1961 within the Schwabe Group, which traces its origins to Dr. Willmar Schwabe's 'Homöopathische Centralofficin Dr. Willmar Schwabe' established in Leipzig in 1866.

The history of the DHU begins in 1866 in Leipzig, where Dr. Willmar Schwabe founded the 'Homöopathische Centralofficin Dr. Willmar Schwabe' and began manufacturing and distributing homeopathic remedies and Schüßler salts. Later, research, production and distribution of plant-based preparations became increasingly important, so that in 1961 the DHU was founded within the Schwabe Group for the homeopathy and Schüßler salts segment.
