Deutschlandstiftung Integration

Deutschlandstiftung Integration is a nationwide non-profit foundation headquartered in Berlin. Under the patronage of the Federal Chancellor, it works for equal opportunities for people with a migration biography in Germany. Its work supports measures for the social and professional networking of committed people and carries out projects and public campaigns to strengthen social cohesion. Its GEH DEINEN WEG programme accompanies young people with a migration biography on their career path, and more than 1,500 active and former scholarship holders are already part of the GDW community.

Deutschlandstiftung Integration is a nationwide non-profit foundation headquartered in Berlin. Under the patronage of the Federal Chancellor, it works for equal opportunities for people with a migration biography in Germany. Its foundation work supports measures for the social and professional networking of committed people and carries out projects and public campaigns to strengthen social cohesion. Since 2012 it has supported committed young people with a migration biography on their path into the professional world, accompanying them through individual mentoring, targeted qualification offerings and a strong network. Its GEH DEINEN WEG programme accompanies young people with a migration biography on their career path, and more than 1,500 active and former scholarship holders are already part of the GDW community. In June 2026 the application phase for the 2027 cohort of the GEH DEINEN WEG scholarship and mentoring programme started, running until 31 August 2026. In July 2026 the fourth cohort of the Vielfalt stiften programme began its scholarship with three intensive opening days focused on the role of foundations, responsible funding and democratic participation.
