Devdel

Devdel is a French commercial brand connected to the made-to-measure shower enclosure and bathroom fittings business operated under the Shower & Co name. The brand's public-facing presence is centred on the Shower & Co website, which presents itself as a manufacturer of made-to-measure shower and bath screens and a supplier of bathroom accessories. The platform allows customers — including non-specialists — to configure their own shower equipment online, with pricing updated in real time. The product range associated with this business covers made-to-measure shower screens, walk-in enclosures, bath screens, shower doors, shower trays (including made-to-measure stone trays), taps and mixers, shower columns, washbasin fittings, hardware such as hinges, connectors, seals, handles and towel rails, profiles, stiffeners, shelving and glass shelf supports, as well as tools, consumables and maintenance products. The company states that all its made-to-measure glass is manufactured in France, and it emphasises controlled lead times, warranty and after-sales service, and a team of specialists available to customers. Positioning is built around direct-to-consumer customisation: the configurators are designed so that people without specialist knowledge can design their own shower screen, and the price is displayed and updated live as the configuration changes. The brand also markets itself on price, describing its made-to-measure screens as the least expensive. Ownership, founding date, headquarters location and corporate structure are not established by the available evidence. The subject appears in Wikidata under the identifier Q140820602, but no further structured detail is supplied. The entry should therefore be treated as a partial dossier pending verification of the corporate entity behind the Devdel name and its exact relationship to the Shower & Co trading identity.

The available evidence does not establish a founding date, founding team or corporate history for Devdel. What can be documented is the commercial operation with which the brand is associated: the Shower & Co website, which presents itself as a manufacturer of made-to-measure shower and bath screens and a supplier of bathroom accessories. According to that site, the business developed online configurators intended to let non-specialists design their own shower screens. Four configurator entry points are listed: made-to-measure shower screens, walk-in enclosures, made-to-measure bath screens and made-to-measure shower doors. A key feature highlighted is that the price updates in real time as the customer configures the product, removing the need to wait for a quote. Alongside the configurators, the site operates a shop offering shower trays, taps and mixers, glass shelf supports and the wider range of equipment needed for made-to-measure shower screens. It also publishes advice content answering customer questions about designing a shower screen, maintaining it, and choosing a mixer. The company states that all its made-to-measure glass is manufactured in France, and it promotes controlled lead times, warranty and after-sales service, and access to a team of specialists. It also claims to offer the least expensive made-to-measure screens. Beyond this, the corporate lineage of Devdel — its owner, parent group, registered office and the date it began trading — is not documented in the supplied evidence. The Wikidata item Q140820602 exists for the name but provides no additional structured facts here. Any further history should be added only once verifiable sources are available.
