Overview

Digiteyes is a French creative studio specializing in computer-generated imagery (CGI), visual effects (VFX) and creative artificial intelligence. Founded in 2014 by Mathias Garand, the studio is based at Commune Image in Saint-Ouen, in the northern suburbs of Paris. It positions itself as a boutique studio rather than a volume production house, emphasizing craftsmanship, art direction and cinematic quality across every shot. The studio operates across three core disciplines. Its CGI Advertising & FOOH practice produces fully computer-generated images and videos for advertising campaigns, product launches and viral FOOH (Fake Out Of Home) content, including 3D packshots, product animation and CGI films. Its VFX & High-end Craft practice delivers high-end visual effects, compositing, clean-up and retouching for advertising, cinema and series through its sister entity Firehouse VFX. Its Creative AI practice integrates artificial intelligence tools into creative workflows to accelerate production and open new visual possibilities, covering generative AI, concept art, prototyping and upscaling. Digiteyes serves demanding brands and agencies, working either under its own name or in white-label mode, where it operates invisibly under the client's brand. The studio emphasizes seamless integration into client processes, a dedicated project manager as a single point of contact, and an agile pipeline with rapid feedback and frequent iterations. Its recent project portfolio includes work for Ralph Lauren (Cinemagraph SS 2026, Chinese New Year 2026, Australian Open social media), Klorane (Croissance Quinine & Adénosine), Forvia Seat (ConExpo 2026) and MFF-LABS (Kickdom mobile game). Alongside Digiteyes, founder Mathias Garand co-founded Firehouse VFX with Luc Serrano and Brice Bellier, a studio dedicated to visual effects for cinema and television, whose credits include the Canal+ series "D'Argent et de Sang." The two entities share the same pipeline, talents and standards. Digiteyes remains a privately held, independent boutique studio led by its founder, who also serves as Artistic Director.

History

Digiteyes was founded in 2014 by Mathias Garand, a creative with more than a decade of experience in CGI and post-production. The studio was established at Commune Image in Saint-Ouen, a creative hub in the northern suburbs of Paris, and has operated there for over ten years. From its inception, Digiteyes positioned itself as a boutique studio focused on craft rather than volume. Its stated philosophy is that it creates images that brands cannot shoot, treating every shot with the rigor of a cinema shot. The studio deliberately chose to remain small and agile, working closely with clients from the first creative brief to final delivery, in order to maintain the creative quality that defines the brand. Over the years, Digiteyes developed expertise across three disciplines: CGI advertising and FOOH, high-end VFX and craft, and creative AI. Its VFX work is channeled through Firehouse VFX, a sister studio co-founded by Mathias Garand together with Luc Serrano and Brice Bellier. Firehouse VFX is dedicated to visual effects for cinema and television, with credits including the Canal+ series "D'Argent et de Sang." The two entities share the same pipeline, talents and standards, allowing Digiteyes to offer cinema-grade VFX alongside its advertising-focused CGI work. Digiteyes has built a portfolio of work for brands and agencies, including projects for Ralph Lauren (Cinemagraph SS 2026, Chinese New Year 2026, Australian Open social media), Klorane (Croissance Quinine & Adénosine), Forvia Seat (ConExpo 2026) and MFF-LABS (Kickdom mobile game). The studio works both under its own name and in white-label mode, integrating into client teams and processes as an invisible partner. As of the mid-2020s, Digiteyes remains an independent, privately held studio led by its founder, who continues to serve as Artistic Director. The studio emphasizes a dedicated project manager for each project, an agile pipeline with rapid iterations, and a commitment to art direction and detail as its key differentiators.
