The distillery was founded in 2012 by three friends — Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley — who first made their name in Ireland's craft beer scene. Since beginning distillation, it has released a range of Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys, and also produces Dingle Gin and a quintuple-distilled Dingle Vodka.
