Restaurante Disfrutar, open since December 2014, was founded by Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch after years of intense work at elBulli, where they met and trained professionally, and after consolidating the work done at Compartir, opened in April 2012 in Cadaqués. Located in the Eixample, just in front of the Mercado del Ninot, the establishment also surprises with its design. Respect for the history and heritage of the Mediterranean inspired the decoration, and ceramics are the common thread that marks the interior space. The gastronomic proposal in Barcelona revolves around the tasting menu, with a clearly avant-garde style of cooking where the dishes stand out for their great personality, markedly Mediterranean. In short, a restaurant of bold, fun and modern cuisine in search of "taste" as its main premise.

The access area is inspired by Barcelona, the forjados of the Mercado del Ninot and the colors of Miró-style ceramics. The central corridor, made of ceramics with the colors and texture of clay, crosses the kitchen, which is fully visible to the customer, and gives way to the main dining room, which is inspired by small fishing villages and stands out as a space that nods to Compartir. In short, a surprisingly Mediterranean venue, with a close and welcoming treatment, and with a creative cuisine designed to enjoy.
