Russian subsidiary renamed after ownership change
In June 2024, LPF CAPITAL LLC became the stated owner of the Russian organization. The entity formerly called DOKA RUS LLC was renamed REFORM LLC, and references to Umdasch Group AG and DOKA GMBH LLC were removed from the Russian Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
