Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd (DPE) signed an agreement with Jinghua International Hotel Corporation to acquire 100% of Domino’s Pizza Taiwan for approximately NT$1.7 billion. Completion was expected in the first half of fiscal 2022.
