Renault announces intended transfer of its Dongfeng Renault stake
Renault announced that it intended to transfer its entire 50% stake in the Dongfeng Renault joint venture to Dongfeng Motor Group. The companies had signed a memorandum recording a preliminary intention.

Xiaokang proposes to acquire Dongfeng Sokon's remaining 50% stake
Xiaokang disclosed a revised restructuring proposal to acquire Dongfeng Motor Group's 50% stake in Dongfeng Sokon by issuing shares. The proposal would make Dongfeng Sokon a wholly owned subsidiary of Xiaokang and give Dongfeng Motor Group a 25.83% stake in Xiaokang. The transaction was proposed and had not yet been completed in the article.
