Double A Power Washing

Double A Power Washing is a locally owned and operated exterior cleaning company based in Mishawaka, Indiana, serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Michiana region. Founded in 2019 by Aaron Koszyk and Ashtin Galletti, the company began with a simple vision: to improve the community by cleaning it up one home at a time. After co-founder Ashtin Galletti stepped away in 2020, Aaron Koszyk has owned and operated the business ever since, reinvesting in its growth and building it into one of the area's most trusted exterior cleaning providers. The company specializes in safe soft washing and pressure washing techniques for a wide range of exterior surfaces. Its core services include house washing, roof cleaning, concrete and driveway cleaning, gutter cleanouts, deck and fence restoration, and commercial exterior cleaning, including mobile fleet washing. Double A emphasizes low-pressure soft washing methods that avoid damaging siding, shingles, and other surfaces, positioning itself as a safer alternative to high-pressure power washing. Double A Power Washing serves Mishawaka, Granger, South Bend, Elkhart, and Edwardsburg, covering St. Joseph County and Elkhart County in Indiana and Cass County in Michigan. The company is licensed and insured, accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, and recognized by the Power Washers of North America (PWNA) as a certified contractor. It holds a 5.0-star Google rating backed by more than 131 customer reviews. Most projects start at $350, with free estimates and no payment due until the job is completed. As a small, locally focused business, Double A Power Washing competes on trust, safety, and community ties rather than scale. Its owner, Aaron Koszyk, is described as a Michiana neighbor, and the company markets itself as a local alternative to larger franchise operations. The business continues to operate actively in the South Bend–Mishawaka area.
