Doutor Nichires Holdings Co., Ltd. is a Japanese holding company established on October 1, 2007 through the business integration of Nippon Restaurant System Co., Ltd. and Doutor Coffee Co., Ltd. It is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market under code 3087 and is headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. The company oversees group-wide planning, operation, and management, and its main businesses include the operation of coffee shops and restaurants, manufacture and sale of bread and Western confectionery, coffee roasting and sales, franchise chain recruitment and guidance, and food import/export. In August 2008, D&N Confectionery Co., Ltd. was established through the integration of Madeleine Confectionery Co., Ltd. and Nippon Restaurant Confectionery Co., Ltd. In December 2008, D&N Cafe Restaurant Co., Ltd. was established. In October 2009, the company acquired 100% of the issued shares of Sanmerry Co., Ltd., making it a consolidated subsidiary. In August 2011, D&N International Co., Ltd. was established. In December 2015, Premium Coffee & Tea Co., Ltd. was established.
