Dutch Label Shop was founded in August 2015 by Arjan and Hielke. The idea originated from a conversation with a dressmaker friend who struggled to find high-quality custom clothing labels in small quantities. The company started in a Brooklyn closet, with Arjan managing first orders from New York.
