Dynevo

Dynevo GmbH (Dynamic Evolution) was a German media services company founded in 2001 as part of a realignment of the Bayer Group. It was a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer Business Services GmbH (BBS) and from 2008 represented the Media Solutions business field within BBS. The company was headquartered in Leverkusen and also had operations in Monheim am Rhein and Berlin. Dynevo positioned itself as a media enterprise engaged in advertising and process-oriented media communication. Its product portfolio was divided into three areas: Communication Solutions, Print Solutions and Document Solutions. The company officially ceased business operations in December 2011 and was dissolved. Parts of its operating business were taken over by the Medienfabrik, which belonged to arvato, and by the Cologne-based printing and mailing specialist POSTFACTORY.
