Overview

Dyninno Group is a privately held technology company and diversified services group headquartered in San Francisco, United States. Founded in 2004 by Alex Weinstein, an American immigrant from Moldova, the group developed from an airline-ticket business into an international organization with activities spanning travel, financial services, technology operations, and online entertainment. Its name is derived from “Dynamic Innovations,” reflecting the group’s emphasis on technology-enabled services and business development. The company’s roots predate the group itself. Weinstein began working in California’s travel industry in the early 1990s and launched ASAP Tickets in 2002 as an agency selling airline tickets. Dyninno Group was established two years later, creating a wider corporate structure around travel and subsequently expanding into related fields. Dyninno Travel began operating in Cebu City, Philippines, in 2013, while Dynatech was established in Riga, Latvia, in 2016 as a technology and administrative center for the group. Travel remains the group’s most visible business area. Its travel division, restructured and rebranded as Trevolution Group in 2022, manages a portfolio of agency and online travel brands, including ASAP Tickets, International Travel Network, Skylux Travel, Aviajet, TravelTech, Oojo, Triplicity, and Vagamo. These businesses sell airline tickets, package holidays, corporate travel services, and associated travel products through digital channels and personal travel-agent models. Trevolution reported more than 70,000 airline tickets and package holidays sold per month after its reorganization, and its gross bookings exceeded one billion US dollars in 2023. The travel business has also invested in New Distribution Capability aggregation, loyalty products, artificial intelligence for customer support, and sustainable aviation fuel initiatives. Dyninno’s fintech activities include consumer lending and cross-border financial services. CreditPrime and CreditPlus were introduced in Romania and Moldova in 2017. EcoFinance operates in consumer financial services and expanded into the Philippines in 2024 with Honey Loan, a consumer-facing lending brand. MultiPass, described as a challenger banking and financial-services business, serves companies with international activity and obtained a United Arab Emirates financial-services license in 2024, enabling local-currency access and rapid payout services under Dubai Financial Services Authority regulation. The group also operates in entertainment through Entertech, which manages online casting brands including AllCasting and KidsCasting. Dynatech provides information-technology and administrative capabilities across the wider organization. These divisions give Dyninno a portfolio model: travel agencies and marketplaces generate customer-facing commerce, fintech businesses provide lending and payment-related services, technology units support internal infrastructure, and entertainment platforms operate in a separate digital-services category. By 2022, Dyninno reported more than 5,400 employees across a broad international footprint. The group had 23 offices worldwide by 2023 and continued opening locations in Uzbekistan, Brazil, and Turkey. Its expansion has focused particularly on customer-service, sales, technology, and travel operations in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. In 2024, the company marked its twentieth anniversary while continuing to develop artificial-intelligence tools, loyalty products, fintech brands, and regional travel operations.

History

Dyninno Group was founded in San Francisco in 2004 by Alex Weinstein, whose career in the travel sector began in California during the early 1990s. Before creating the group, Weinstein launched ASAP Tickets in 2002. The airline-ticket agency became the foundation for a broader international travel-services business. The group’s first major expansion outside the United States came through Dyninno Travel’s launch in Cebu City, Philippines, in 2013. The Philippines subsequently became an important operating location for the organization’s travel and customer-service activities. In 2016, Dynatech was created in Riga, Latvia, to provide technology and administrative capabilities for Dyninno’s businesses. Dyninno expanded beyond travel during the late 2010s. In 2017, it introduced CreditPrime and CreditPlus, lending services operating in Romania and Moldova. This established the basis for the group’s fintech division, which later included EcoFinance and MultiPass. The group’s enterprises generated more than 800 million US dollars in total sales in 2019, demonstrating the scale reached by its travel and related operations. From 2019 through 2022, Dyninno expanded its physical network with offices in New Delhi, Manila, and Chisinau. In 2022, Dyninno Travel was reorganized and rebranded as Trevolution Group. Trevolution became the principal travel structure for a range of brands, including ASAP Tickets, International Travel Network, Skylux Travel, Aviajet, TravelTech, Oojo, and other travel businesses. The reorganized group reported gross orders of 936 million US dollars in 2022 and stated that it sold more than 70,000 airline tickets and package holidays each month. International expansion continued in 2023. Dyninno opened an office in Uzbekistan in January, followed by offices in São Paulo in February and Istanbul in March. The Brazil and Turkey locations were intended to support Trevolution’s travel operations. Trevolution also launched Triplicity in Uzbekistan as a corporate travel-management service, offering assistance with flights, accommodation, customized travel arrangements, and continuous support. Trevolution reported further growth in 2023. Gross bookings exceeded one billion US dollars, 26 percent above the previous year, while the group sold 843,000 tickets. Its initiatives included NDC-based air-travel aggregation, expansion into the United Kingdom and the Philippines, investment in sustainable aviation fuel, and increased sales of ancillary travel products. The company also reported a 22 percent rise in sales of travel extras compared with 2022. In 2024, the group concentrated on technology, loyalty, and financial-services development. Trevolution’s data-science team launched Olivia, an internally built AI assistant intended to improve customer service and business operations through sentiment analysis and conversational analytics. MultiPass obtained a financial-services license in the United Arab Emirates, while EcoFinance entered the Philippines with Honey Loan. Trevolution launched Dreampass Plus, a loyalty proposition offering travel deals and additional services such as cashback, price-drop protection, emergency medical coverage, and eSIM access. Oojo appointed Gulce Karsli-Rozenveld as CEO in September, and Dyninno marked its twentieth anniversary in October. By 2022, the organization employed more than 5,400 people in numerous countries, and by 2023 it operated through 23 offices worldwide. Its present structure consists of several specialized divisions: Trevolution in travel, EcoFinance in consumer finance, MultiPass in cross-border financial services, Dynatech in technology and administration, and Entertech in online entertainment and casting.
