E4 People is an Australian healthcare staffing agency founded in 2012 and headquartered in Sydney. It provides aged care, hospital, allied health, and travel nursing staff to more than 700 clients across the country, with over 7,000 placements completed. The company was formerly known as E4 Recruitment until its 2025 rebrand.

E4 People was founded in 2012 as E4 Recruitment. In 2025, the company rebranded to E4 People. The co-founders, Edward Freeman and Josh Hill, named the company after four 'E words': Excellence, Ethical, Enthusiastic, and Engaging.
