Edafos Engineering Consultants S.A. (Greek: ΕΔΑΦΟΣ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΟΙ ΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΟΙ Α.Ε.) is a Greek engineering consultancy based in the Plaka district of central Athens. Founded in 1993 by Spyros Kavounidis, a civil engineer from the National Technical University of Athens with a Ph.D. from Stanford University, and Giorgos Ntounias, a civil engineer from NTUA with a Ph.D. from Imperial College, the firm has built its reputation on geotechnical engineering and geology applied to civil infrastructure.
