Egle RIS

Egle RIS is a Latvia-based commercial company that runs the online store berniem.lv, a specialist e-commerce platform for children's developmental and educational products. The shop's catalogue is built around "attīstošās spēles" (developmental games), "attīstošas rotaļlietas" (developmental toys) and "izglītojošas spēles" (educational games), and it explicitly targets preschools, primary schools, municipalities and other interested institutions as well as private families. Beyond toys, the range includes STEM construction sets, board games for logic and thinking skills, speech-therapy (logopedic) materials, Montessori materials, sensory games, multisensory equipment, sand-therapy figures, children's sport equipment, and children's bedding such as mattresses, blankets, pillows and towels. The store also positions itself as a supplier of professional assessment and diagnostic tools, listing Munich Functional Developmental Diagnostics (MFAD), the ADOS-2 autism diagnostic set and ADI-R among its offerings. This combination of consumer toys and institutional/professional diagnostic materials distinguishes berniem.lv from a typical toy shop and points to a customer base that includes special-education specialists, therapists and schools. Egle RIS sells to municipal institutions, preschools and educational establishments with a post-payment (invoice) option, attaching a delivery note to the shipment and accepting e-invoices through the Latvian e-invoice systems eriga.lv and latvija.lv. The site also runs a blog and a promotions section, and features branded products from international suppliers such as Learning Resources, Miniland and Cleverclixx. The company is recorded as a Latvia-based business; detailed corporate data such as founding year, ownership and headquarters address are not established by the available evidence.

Egle RIS is a Latvia-based company whose public commercial presence is the online store berniem.lv. The available evidence identifies it as a company based in Latvia but does not establish a founding date, founding team, ownership structure or corporate history. What can be documented is the shape of its business as reflected on its own website. The store has developed as a specialised children's e-commerce destination rather than a general toy retailer. Its catalogue is organised around developmental and educational play: developmental games and toys, educational games, STEM construction sets, children's construction kits, board games for mental and logical development, speech-therapy materials, Montessori materials and sensory games. Alongside these, it carries practical children's goods such as sport equipment and bedding (mattresses, blankets, pillows, towels). A distinctive part of the offer is the supply of professional developmental and diagnostic instruments. The site lists Munich Functional Developmental Diagnostics (MFAD), the ADOS-2 autism diagnostic set and ADI-R, which are tools used by specialists in child development and autism assessment. This suggests Egle RIS serves not only parents but also psychologists, special educators, therapists and diagnostic centres. The company also addresses institutional procurement. It states that goods for municipal institutions, preschools and educational establishments are sold with post-payment, that a delivery note is attached to the shipment, and that e-invoices are accepted via the Latvian systems eriga.lv and latvija.lv. This indicates an established B2B/B2G sales process alongside direct-to-consumer sales. In merchandising, berniem.lv mixes its own curated range with third-party brands. Recent featured items include Cleverclixx magnetic STEM construction sets, Learning Resources story-building dice, a Miniland magnetic geometric-shape game, silicone transport sorting figures and a clock with changeable numbers and movable hands. The site maintains a promotions section with percentage discounts and a blog about developmental games and toys. No dated corporate milestones, leadership changes or financial events are available in the supplied evidence.
