ELEXIM is a Czech engineering company founded in 1999 with 100% Czech ownership. It operates through three main divisions: Elektrotechnika (electrical engineering), Divize speciálních aplikací (special applications), and eMobility. The company began as a supplier of electrical engineering for industry and buildings, and its emphasis on quality and reliability turned one-off transactions into repeat projects and long-term partnerships. After selling the part of the e-mobility division focused on distribution and installation of charging stations, the company now concentrates fully on the development and production of AC charging stations under the MyBox brand. ELEXIM has held official distributor status for ABB (since 2000) and Schneider Electric (since 2006). It founded subsidiaries EuroEnergoServis S.O.O.O. in 2008 and Elecom in 2010, obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2011, changed its legal form from s.r.o. to joint-stock company in 2013, and established a branch in Hungary in 2014. The company is headquartered in the Czech Republic and serves customers in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and other international markets.

This division specializes in applications for demanding and very specific environments, such as primary hermetic zones of nuclear power plants, defense, and aerospace projects. In addition to its own manufacturing, ELEXIM secures exclusive representation for selected partners. In 2000, ELEXIM obtained the status of official distributor for ABB, and in 2006 for Schneider Electric. In 2008, it founded the subsidiary EuroEnergoServis S.O.O.O., followed by the subsidiary Elecom in 2010. The company achieved ISO 9001 certification in 2011. In 2013, it changed its legal form from a limited liability company (společnost s r.o.) to a joint-stock company (akciová společnost). In 2014, it established a branch in Hungary and became a member of the Association for Research and Development (Asociace pro výzkum a vývoj). The eMobility Division and the MyBox brand build on seven years of experience in electric mobility. Within this division, ELEXIM supplied and installed hundreds of AC and DC charging stations for customers such as E.ON, ŠKODA AUTO, ČEZ, ŠKO-ENERGO, SSE, and Slovenské elektrárne.
