Ellianos Coffee is a family-owned drive-thru coffee chain in the United States. It was founded by Scott and Pam Stewart, who were inspired by specialty drive-thru coffee shops they encountered on trips to the Pacific Northwest and returned to Lake City, Florida with a vision to create a drive-thru experience centered on excellence, speed, and Southern hospitality. In 2002, with the help of their son Rob and his wife Ellie, the first Ellianos Coffee opened. The company describes itself as built on a foundation of faith, family, and genuine hospitality, and it has grown into a regional brand serving communities across the Southeast. Its menu spans hot drinks, iced drinks, energy drinks, freezers, smoothies, food, refreshers, shakes, and tea.
