Encuentra24

Encuentra24 is a Panamanian online marketplace company. Its website presents classified listings across Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Puerto Rico, covering categories such as real estate, vehicles, jobs, furniture, products, and services. The company describes itself as having started before 2005, with the first version of Encuentra24.com available by the end of that year, and today operating contact centers in Panama, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua, with an office in Switzerland handling development and programming.

According to the company's About page, before 2005 finding an apartment to rent or buy in Panama on one's own was very different, and there was no online classifieds website entirely dedicated to the market's demands. The company states that it discussed this idea and that by the end of that same year the first version of Encuentra24.com was available. It says it may have started in a small apartment in El Cangrejo in Panama City, but today it operates 3 contact centers in Panama, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua, with each contact center in Latin America offering customer service solutions including technical support, quality control, and operational administration. It also states that its office in Switzerland handles the development and programming of Encuentra24 according to the Swiss Quality Standard and plans and executes promotional strategies. The company says its team is composed of more than 60 professionals.
