Enel Green Power Romania signed two share purchase agreements with MYTILINEOS’ Renewables & Storage Development Business Unit to acquire photovoltaic power plant projects in Giurgiu and Teleorman counties, with a combined capacity of around 90 MW.

MET Group completed its acquisition of a 100% stake in Enel Green Power Bulgaria EAD, which owns a 42-megawatt wind park in Bulgaria. Enel Green Power S.p.A. was the seller.

Enel and Qatar Investment Authority agree on African renewable energy projects
Enel and Qatar Investment Authority signed a deal to develop renewable energy projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. As a first step, the fund will buy half of Enel’s stake in 800 MW of existing renewable capacity in South Africa and Zambia; Enel Green Power will develop new regional projects, while funding and construction will be handled by the joint venture.
