The audiovisual licence for the programme services ErdelyTV / ErdelyTV HD and Erdely FM is held by SC ETV Center SRL, a Romanian legal person with its registered office in Targu-Mures, Mures county, whose sole shareholder is Fundatia Janovics Jeno Alapitvany.

Responsibility for editorial content is ensured by Szepessy Elod and Patko Katalin. The competent regulatory body is the Consiliul National al Audiovizualului (C.N.A.).
