Eros obtains default judgment against Manuel Asensio
The New York Supreme Court granted Eros International's motion for default judgment against Manuel P. Asensio in a lawsuit in which Eros alleges that defendants disseminated false, misleading, and defamatory information about the company. The court ordered a later damages inquest after the claims against the other defendants and all appeals are resolved.
