Espace Entreprise Millénaire

Espace Entreprise Millénaire is a business centre and coworking space located at 199 rue Hélène Boucher, 34170 Castelnau-le-Lez, near Montpellier, France. It is part of the Espace Entreprise network, whose first centre opened at Millénaire in 2008. The centre offers company domiciliation from €14.25 excl. tax per month under prefectural approval no. DOM/34/2022/075, more than 50 offices, 3 meeting rooms plus a terrace, 50 free parking spaces, and free-access coworking during opening hours without subscription or entry fee. The site covers 2,000 m², of which 1,000 m² are dedicated to businesses.

Espace Entreprise Montpellier was created to address a problem faced by many entrepreneurs: developing their activity without the weight of heavy fixed costs or the rigid constraints of traditional professional real estate. The project originated with Nicolas Dulion, an entrepreneur involved for many years in local economic life, who from the 2000s imagined an innovative concept of coworking and flexible workspaces in Montpellier, conceived as a true entrepreneurial living place. The founding idea was to allow entrepreneurs, freelancers, start-ups, liberal professions and SMEs to concentrate fully on their activity while Espace Entreprise simplified everything else. The adventure began in 2005 with the creation of CONVERGENCE, before the Espace Entreprise brand was born in 2007, followed by the opening of the first centre at Millénaire in 2008. From this emerged an all-in-one ecosystem combining coworking, private offices, company domiciliation, meeting rooms, seminars, collaborative spaces, on-site dining, business events, entrepreneurial networking, shared services and daily support. Over the years, this vision was built around a strong conviction: entrepreneurs advance better when they are not isolated.
