Euro Holdings Berhad is a Malaysian public-listed, diversified group described as a market leader and global player in the metal office furniture industry. Its group of companies, referred to as EURO, traces its history to 1976, when it began with a staff of three manufacturing sofas and cushions for furniture traders and resellers. The group's business includes Euro Chairs Manufacturer (M) Sdn Bhd and Eurosteel Line Sdn Bhd, the latter specializing in steel storage cabinets. EURO states its mission as understanding customers' real business needs to deliver true customer satisfaction, and its vision as being a business partner helping create workspaces that inspire people.

The history of EURO Holdings Berhad and its group of companies (EURO) began in 1976 with a staff force of three, manufacturing sofas and cushions for sale to furniture traders and resellers. In 1984, the staff force increased to sixty and the business activities expanded to include manufacturing of office chairs. EURO started building its own dealer network, supplying to both private and public sectors. In 1987, EURO created the brand name "EURO Chairs".
