EuroComfort Group

EuroComfort Group is a European group of companies for mattresses, beds, bedding products, upholstered furniture and foam solutions. According to its official website, it produces products for comfortable sitting, lying, sleeping and storage for the bedding and furniture trade as well as the upholstered furniture industry, and its range also includes complete furniture such as boxspring and upholstered beds and upholstered suites. The group states that its subsidiary companies Lück, Badenia Bettcomfort, Brinkhaus and Euroline cooperate within the corporate group.

The origin of today's EuroComfort Group is the company Lück in Bocholt. Lück was founded in 1976 as a producer of upholstery cushions and was sold to the Swedish Bonnier Group in 1995. With Thomas Bußkamp as managing director, Lück opened up new markets, gained new target groups and convinced not only with new products but also with tailored innovative logistics solutions. The company grew quickly and new production sites were established in Germany, Poland, Lithuania and finally also in China. This network of companies was bundled under the EuroComfort Group in 2000. In 2004 Badenia Bettcomfort was acquired and integrated into the EuroComfort Group. In 2006 the "irisette quartet" was launched. The companies Brinkhaus and Abeil have belonged to the EuroComfort Group since mid-2011. At the end of August 2017 the group acquired the company Euroline, based in Leszno, Poland. In 2018 it acquired the brand and model rights of the upholstered furniture brand Ewald Schillig. In 2018 it took over the Bedcare brand. In 2019 the logistics were expanded with the construction of a logistics center at the Leszno, Poland site with 35,000 m² of space and 80,000 pallet spaces. In 2019 a second production site was opened in Chuzhou, China.
