Eurozet

Grupa Eurozet is described as one of the leading media companies in Poland, involved in producing and broadcasting radio programming, selling advertising time, brokerage activity for stations and internet services, and creating and managing internet services. It has existed since 1993, though its origin story reaches back to 1990, when Radio ZET began broadcasting. The Group currently comprises nine radio stations: Radio ZET, TOK FM, Radio Złote Przeboje, Antyradio, Radio Plus, Radio Pogoda, Meloradio, Radio KISS FM and Chillizet; the music and podcast service Tuba; internet services including radiozet.pl, tokfm.pl, zloteprzeboje.pl, antyradio.pl, chillizet.pl and planeta.pl; as well as Studio ZET, which produces advertisements, and Eurozet Live, a brand dedicated to cross-media projects and marketing of places and events. The Eurozet Group Advertising Office sells advertising time for the Group's stations and provides brokerage services for other participants in the Polish radio market. As part of its responsible business policy, Grupa Eurozet runs the Radio ZET Foundation, described as the only radio foundation in Poland. Since 14 June 2024, 100% owner of Eurozet Sp. z o.o. is Agora S.A.

Grupa Eurozet has existed since 1993, although the history of its creation reaches back to 1990, when Radio ZET began broadcasting. Since 14 June 2024, 100% owner of Eurozet Sp. z o.o. is Agora S.A. Agora S.A. was founded in 1989 and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1999. Its radio activity covers 9 stations from the TOP20 most listened-to stations in Poland, created through the combination of Agora Radio Group and Eurozet, of which Agora is the majority partner.
