Ever Flow River Group's history began in 1998 with the incorporation of Ever Flow River Trading Company Limited (EFR TRDG), the first company under the group, which engaged in trading businesses and offered trade facilities to both exporters and importers. In 1999, EFR G Link Express Services Limited (EFR GLE) was incorporated as the first freight forwarder under the group, offering total logistics solutions via international network partners. In 2000, Gold Shipping Agency Services Limited (GSASL) was set up as an agent for Hyundai Merchant Marine, a well-known international shipping line from Korea, providing sea freight services. In 2005, Myanmar Round the World Logistics Limited (MRTW) was incorporated as the second freight forwarding company, specializing in air freight forwarding and serving as a cargo sales agent/general sales agent for several well-known airlines. In 2011, UTOC Multipack Myanmar Company Limited (UTOC MULTIPACK) was established as a logistics engineering company offering engineering services for in-house subsidiaries, such as GOH constructions. Also in 2011, MRTW Manufacturing & Inspection Company Limited (ECHO) was incorporated as a garment inspection company, offering inspection services especially to Japanese garment customers. In 2012, Ever Flow River Group of Companies (Public) Limited (GOC) was first incorporated as a private company. The restructuring into a public company was completed in 2014 under the Myanmar Companies Act 1914, and all units were restructured under the public company.
