Its products are mainly applied in notebook computers, desktop computers, TVs, power supplies, and other consumer electronic products. The company engages in research, development, design, manufacturing, and sales of power devices, power management ICs, and power modules.

Excelliance MOS Corporation was established in 2008 (Republic of China year 97). The company was approved for establishment registration in March 2008 with paid-in capital of NT$5,000 thousand. In July 2008, it launched MOSFET series products for LCD CCFL backlight modules and for motherboard and notebook battery power management, among others. In October 2008, it passed SGS ISO 9001 certification and launched various high-voltage MOSFET series products. The company continued to develop and launch new products through 2010, including low dropout linear regulators and buck switching regulators.
