Fazzini Srl, based in Vimodrone (MI), Italy, manufactures and distributes hospital furniture and medical equipment. According to its official website, the company has more than 25 years of experience and produces and distributes more than 3,000 medical and electro-medical devices worldwide. Its product catalogue covers hospital and medical equipment, electro-medical equipment, professional medical devices, diagnostic and measuring devices, emergency products, consumables, sterilization, and surgical instruments.

According to the official history page, Fazzini was registered in the Commercial Register of Milan in 1996. In February 1998, the headquarters were established in Vimodrone (MI). In 1999, the company obtained its first Quality System Certification (ISO 9002:1994) from the Italian TUV. In 2000, it launched its first series of Hospital Furniture. In 2001, it obtained EN 46002 Certification for the Medical sector and CE Products Certification. In 2003, it upgraded its Quality System according to EN ISO 13485:2000 and EN ISO 9001:2000. In 2006, it evolved its Quality System according to EN 13485:2004 and expanded its medical devices range to include diagnostics equipment such as ECGs and Class IIB Diatrom Electrosurgical Units. In 2007, it certified Pulse-Oximeters. In 2010, it certified a mechanical weighing scale according to the metrology standard. In 2012, it further evolved its Quality System according to UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2012 and UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, and obtained certification for Monitors and Fetal Monitors. In 2014, there was a partial takeover from Eurapharma (France).
