FCW Holdings Berhad (FCW or "the Company") was incorporated on 28 November 1957 and was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 17 August 1972, now known as the Main Market. Its principal activities are investment holding and provision of management services. Its subsidiaries and associates are involved in property development, contract manufacturing and wholesaling of cosmetics, toiletries and household products, and manufacturing and marketing of power and telecommunications cables and wires. The contract manufacturing business is carried out by wholly-owned subsidiary Coscolab Sdn Bhd, specialising in Skin Care, Beauty Care, Hair Colour, Hair Care and Personal Care products for global markets. Property development is conducted through a 50%-owned jointly-controlled entity, 368 Segambut Sdn Bhd, together with joint-venture partner IJM Land Berhad, in a mixed development known as Riana Dutamas.
