Feili

Feili (飞力达) is the brand under which Wenzhou Huanqiu Group (环球集团) — formally Wenzhou Huanqiu Automobile Gasket Co., Ltd. (温州市环球汽车衬垫有限公司) — supplies automotive interior trim, NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) materials and ambient lighting to Chinese vehicle manufacturers. The business traces its origins to 1989, when it was founded as the Wenzhou Huanqiu Automobile Gasket Factory, a joint-stock enterprise specialising in automotive interior parts and sound/heat insulation padding. Its old plant was located in the Qianhua Industrial Zone of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. The group describes itself as a specialised manufacturer of automotive interior parts. Its main product lines are automotive interior and exterior trim, whole-vehicle NVH materials, ambient lighting, acoustic packages for electric-vehicle motors and PU foam parts. Manufacturing is organised through wholly owned production entities in Shanghai, Tongxiang, Wuhu, Hefei, Wuhan, Liuzhou, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu — ten production units and one testing institution in total — with a technology R&D centre and a mould-processing centre at headquarters. The group's testing centre is equipped with 195 sets of testing and metrology instruments, and the group holds IATF 16949:2016 automotive quality-management certification and ISO 14001 environmental certification. Its subsidiary Shanghai Deheng Automotive Component Testing Co., Ltd. is CNAS-accredited and holds CMA inspection and testing qualification. The group is privately held; its vice-chairman is Zhang Junguang and its sales-centre director is Liu Yuhang.

The business that became Feili was founded in 1989 as the Wenzhou Huanqiu Automobile Gasket Factory (温州市环球汽车衬垫厂), a joint-stock enterprise specialising in automotive interior parts and sound/heat insulation padding. Its original plant stood in the Qianhua Industrial Zone of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. From these beginnings the company grew into a group structure, Wenzhou Huanqiu Group (环球集团), dedicated to automotive interior components. A pivotal early milestone was the start of supply to Shanghai Volkswagen in 1991, which established the company as a Tier-1 interior and NVH parts supplier to a major joint-venture automaker. Over the following decades the customer base expanded to include Fujian Benz, Volvo Asia-Pacific, Shanghai GM, Shenlong (Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën), FAW Toyota, Dongfeng Yulon, GAC Motor, Soueast, Geely, Chery, Great Wall, JAC, Jiangling, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, SAIC-GM-Wuling and Brilliance Auto. To serve this geographically dispersed customer base, the group built wholly owned production entities across China. Wuhan Xin Huanqiu Automotive Interior Parts Co., Ltd. (武汉新环球汽车内饰件有限公司) was established in 2004 in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, adjacent to Shenlong and Dongfeng facilities, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Wenzhou Huanqiu Group. Shanghai Feili Huanqiu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (上海飞利环球汽车零部件有限公司), a private joint-stock enterprise, became a wholly owned plant of Wenzhou Huanqiu Automobile Gasket Co., Ltd., specialising in automotive sound-insulation padding and interior parts. Hefei Feili Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (合肥飞利汽车零部件有限公司), affiliated with Huanqiu (Wenzhou) Group, was invested in Hefei in 2008 and registered in 2009 as a wholly owned subsidiary. By the 2020s the group had built ten wholly owned production units and one testing institution, located in Shanghai, Tongxiang, Wuhu, Hefei, Wuhan, Liuzhou, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu, with a technology R&D centre and mould-processing centre at headquarters. In 2020, on the basis of the former Wenzhou Huanqiu No. 1 Business Division, Wenzhou Xufeng Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (温州旭丰汽车零部件有限公司) was established. The group's testing centre operates 195 sets of testing and metrology instruments, and the group holds IATF 16949:2016 automotive quality-management certification and ISO 14001 environmental certification; its subsidiary Shanghai Deheng Automotive Component Testing Co., Ltd. is CNAS-accredited and holds CMA qualification. The group remains privately held.
