Feiyu Technology Incorporated Co., Ltd (FeiyuTech) was founded in 2007 in the Guilin National High and New Tech Industry Park and was one of the first companies to produce drones and related automation products in South China. Its early products included aeromodelling balancing apparatus, flight control systems and fixed-wing drones. In 2013 the company applied drone gyro stabilization technology to handheld gimbals, developing the G3 for GoPro users, followed by the G4, G5 and G6. Its product range now includes action camera gimbals as well as smartphone gimbals (SPG and Vimble series) and DSLR gimbals (AK and SCORP series). In 2020, during the Covid-19 outbreak, the company launched KiCA, a line of small massage guns that became its small household electrical appliances brand. FeiyuTech is headquartered in Guilin with more than 500 employees and R&D, marketing and manufacturing centers in Shenzhen and Zhongshan; its products are sold to over 130 countries.
