Overview
FBG mbH (Fernleitungs-Betriebsgesellschaft) is a service provider for the operation of the German shares of the NATO pipeline systems CEPS (Central Europe Pipeline System) and NEPS (North European Pipeline System) in Germany. This includes the transport and storage of aviation and ground fuels for NATO forces and civilian customers (mineral oil producers and traders) within available capacities after covering military demand. In this context, the company supplies German civilian airports with kerosene (some directly connected to CEPS, e.g. Frankfurt) and transports kerosene from German refinery production (some directly connected to CEPS, e.g. Lingen). It also handles third-party inquiries (pipeline information) for construction work or planning.
