    Fiido X Folding E-Bike Frame at Risk of Breaking, Nearly 3,000 Units Recalled

    In April 2022, Fiido acknowledged that the magnesium alloy frame's folding structure on its Fiido X folding e-bike carried a risk of fatigue fracture and of "breaking in two" while riding; it announced a recall of 2,989 units produced between September 2021 and March 2022, suspended sales and notified owners to stop using the bikes.
