Fitters Diversified Berhad

Fitters Diversified Berhad is a Malaysian group that commenced operations in the 1970s and was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia in 1994, later promoted to the Main Board in 2007. It describes itself as having diversified through innovation, technology and entrepreneurship into four distinct core businesses, with a business model based on its core competency in engineering. Its activities include fire protection, property development, M&E engineering and renewable energy, and it holds a 65% stake in Molecor (SEA) Sdn Bhd, which manufactures and distributes HYPRO PVC-O pipes in South East Asia.

Fitters commenced operations in the 1970s and was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia in 1994, remaining there until its promotion to the Main Board in 2007. Over the years it gained recognition as a "one-stop" fire protection specialist and continued to engage in manufacturing, trading and specialized installation of firefighting equipment as well as the supply of fire safety protection products and services. After its promotion to the Main Board in 2007, the Group diversified: it ventured into property development in 2007, followed by renewable energy and green mill a year later. In 2013, Fitters entered into a venture with Molecor Tecnologia S.L. and Ricwil (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to manufacture and distribute HYPRO PVC-O pipes in Malaysia and South East Asia; Molecor (SEA) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2013 for this purpose and is jointly owned by Fitters Diversified Berhad (65%), Ricwil (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (25%) and Molecor Tecnologia S.L. (10%).
