FotMob

FotMob is a football platform and app covering live scores, fixtures, tables, match stats, and personalised news from over 500 football leagues worldwide. According to its official About page, it began with an idea on a beach in Thailand in 2004, when Christer Nordvik was frustrated that there was no easy way to follow football matches from back home; returning to Bergen, Norway, he teamed up with his brother Tommy to create the first version of FotMob. The company states it is trusted by over 20 million fans globally and remains proudly independent, with roots in Bergen and an international team including members in Norway, Mexico, Germany, and the UK.

FotMob started with a simple idea on a beach in Thailand. In 2004, Christer Nordvik found himself on his honeymoon, frustrated that there wasn't an easy way to follow football matches from back home. Returning to Bergen, Norway, he teamed up with his brother Tommy, and together they created the first version of FotMob, initially just a personal hobby, but quickly becoming something bigger. Today, FotMob has grown into one of the world's leading football platforms, trusted by over 20 million fans globally. Though its roots remain firmly planted in the fjords of Bergen, FotMob now has a truly international team, with passionate team members in Norway, Mexico, Germany, and the UK. FotMob states it remains proudly independent.

The essential app for matchday, covering every aspect of the game and loved equally by casual supporters and dedicated football data enthusiasts.
