Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) is a Spanish renewable energy developer. Since its foundation in 2006, FRV has developed utility-scale sustainable renewable energy solutions, describing itself as a world leader in providing comprehensive renewable energy solutions. The company operates across 4 continents with more than 50 plants, over 5 GW of project development experience, and more than US$4 billion in project financing. In 2019 it launched FRV-X, a technology platform focused on innovation along the New Energy value chain, including green hydrogen and derivatives, behind-the-meter solutions, and new digital business models.

FRV was founded in 2006. In 2006 its first project under construction was La Magascona in Spain, with 23 MW dc, described at the time as the largest photovoltaic plant in the world.
