FSSC

Foundation FSSC is a not-for-profit organization with an independent governance structure, based in Europe, the Netherlands. It owns global Certification Schemes FSSC 22000 for food safety and FSSC 24000 for social responsibility, supporting the consumer goods industry and related supply chains in implementing ISO-aligned management systems. The schemes are governed by an independent Board of Stakeholders, and FSSC monitors compliance of its licensed Certification Bodies through the FSSC Integrity Program.

Foundation FSSC is the global non-profit and independent Certification Scheme owner providing trust and impact to the consumer goods industry. Based in Europe, the Netherlands, it has regional representatives for organizations across North America, Latin America, Africa, South Asia, India, Japan, Türkiye, and the Middle East, and a liaison in China. FSSC states it has been delivering impact to the consumer goods industry and related supply chain for over 15 years. Its schemes are managed by Foundation FSSC and governed by an independent Board of Stakeholders consisting of representatives from several sectors in the consumer goods industry.
