Overview

Fuji Techno Solutions Co. Inc. (株式会社富士テクノソリューションズ) is a Japanese engineering-solutions company headquartered in Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture. It was established on 8 January 1976, originally as Yugen Kaisha Fuji Shokai, and has since evolved into a core operating company of the Fuji Techno Holdings group. Its business centres on supporting manufacturing clients — chiefly in the automotive, machinery, electrical and electronics sectors — through contracted engineering services and engineer dispatching. Its service lines include mechanical design and development, CAE analysis, software development, network and OS engineering, and electrical/electronic circuit design. The company operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuji Techno Holdings Co., Ltd., following a share transfer that took effect on 1 October 2021. Before that restructuring, Fuji Techno Solutions itself had been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's TOKYO PRO Market from September 2017; the holding company took over the listing. The group also includes affiliates such as FTI Fine Tech Product, Fuji Mirai, Yokoshiba, Nakanihon Giken and IT Design. Fuji Techno Solutions positions itself as an engineering partner to manufacturers, emphasising an "engineer-first" management approach and continuous improvement. It holds ISO 9001 quality-management certification (registered 17 December 2004) and ISO/IEC 27001 information-security certification (registered 15 December 2006) across all sites and divisions. It is also recognised for work-life balance initiatives, having received the Japanese government's "Kurumin" certification in 2009. As of 2026 the company reported approximately 270 employees and capital of 81,865 thousand yen, with a March fiscal year-end.

History

The company's origins trace to January 1976, when Yugen Kaisha Fuji Shokai (有限会社富士商会) was established. In August 1985 it changed its name to Yugen Kaisha Fuji Techno Service (有限会社富士テクノサービス), and in February 1991 it reorganised as a joint-stock company, Kabushiki Kaisha Fuji Techno Service (株式会社富士テクノサービス). Through the 2000s the company expanded its engineering-services footprint. In March 2002 it was certified as a Fujitsu Partner company. In August 2002 it took an equity stake in NACAPS Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand. On 4 October 2002 it registered on the Japan Securities Dealers Association's Green Sheet market as an emerging issue. In February 2005 it absorbed and merged with Fuji Excelon Co., Ltd. (株式会社富士エクセロン). In November 2006 it changed its name to Kabushiki Kaisha Fuji Techno Solutions (株式会社富士テクノソリューションズ), the name it retains today. The company relocated its head office to Yokohama in May 2009 and then to Atsugi in July 2013. In September 2017 Fuji Techno Solutions listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's TOKYO PRO Market. In October 2021, through a share transfer, it established the holding company Fuji Techno Holdings Co., Ltd. (株式会社富士テクノホールディングス) and became its wholly owned subsidiary; the holding company assumed the TOKYO PRO Market listing. Since then Fuji Techno Solutions has operated as the group's core business company, continuing its engineering-solutions business across mechanical, electrical/electronic, control and software domains, and pursuing an engineer-first management approach.
