Gadang Holdings Berhad

Gadang Holdings Berhad is a diversified infrastructure and development group with established interests in engineering and construction, property development, utilities and mechanical & electrical engineering. Incorporated in Malaysia on 6 October 1993, it listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 2 September 1994 under the construction sector. In 1997, Tan Sri Dato' Kok Onn became the major shareholder and assumed leadership of the Company. Today it is an investment holding company, and in 2014 it expanded its portfolio through an investment in hydro power generation. Its operations are organised into four core business divisions, and its registered office is at Wisma Gadang in Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
