Gavilon

Gavilon Agriculture Investment, Inc. (Gavilon) was an agricultural business that Viterra Limited acquired on 3 October 2022. On 27 February 2023, Viterra officially re-branded Gavilon to Viterra, implementing the Viterra brand across the business in the United States and Mexico. Viterra later combined with Bunge, a merger that closed on 2 July 2025.

Viterra Limited closed its acquisition of Gavilon on 3 October 2022. On 27 February 2023, Viterra announced that it had officially re-branded Gavilon Agriculture Investment, Inc. (Gavilon) to Viterra, with the Viterra brand implemented across the business in the United States and Mexico. Viterra CEO David Mattiske described the rebranding as an important milestone in the integration of Gavilon into Viterra's global network. Viterra later merged with Bunge; the merger closed on 2 July 2025, creating a combined company under the Bunge name.
